  • This large air-conditioned 80sqm three-room apartment is located on the first floor of a recent, secure building with lift, in the city center, close to all shops and the beach. Everything can be done on foot, the car is not essential, garage available in the basement. Its openings and its large 30 m2 terrace offer peace and quiet.
    ideal rental for 4 adults or family with 2 or 3 children (cot on request)
    spacious entrance serving:
    - DAY AREA: large living room with dining room and open kitchen very well equipped, a large table will allow you to take your meals comfortably. the living room with its sofa can offer sleeping for 2 people.
    - NIGHT AREA: a first bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a second with 2 90 cm beds, 1 bathroom with bath and 1 separate toilet,
    - furnished terrace for meals and relaxation on the mountain side.
