Beautiful stay in beautiful Calvi

Gorgeous setting . The house is walking distance to the beautiful citadell mid calvi yet in a very beautiful and quiet area where one can follow a path to beautiful unspoilt beaches following a literal path right by the house. Thank you for letting us stay at your house !

Highlights from our stay in this lovely home.

This holiday home was great, well equipped with beautiful views from the terrace. We were really lucky that our stay coincided with the Antibes to Calvi yacht race so we saw the flotilla as it left on the return leg; we happened to be in when the Indian Motor Cycle Club of Corsica had it's lunchtime stop... there was dancing in the street and one day we were privileged to a great show by the Canadairs practising their skills. The cows on the beach at Galeria and the boat trip to Scandalo we also highlights of our stay. The wild flowers were beautiful, the beach at Bodri is stunning, we walked to lighthouse in Isle de Rousse from Bodri beach along the coastal path. We also walked to the lighthouse you can see from the terrace, as well as several walks from a variety of hillside villages. We loved U Fanale the restaurant almost next door to the property, great hospitality, amazing sunsets and the spit roast was a favourite. A big thank you to Bernard and Marie for an amazing opportunity to explore their beautiful corner of Corsica.

Incroyable maison. Nous avons passé des vacances de rêves. Nous avons l'habitude de maison avec piscine, mais nous avons décidé cette année d'avoir plutôt une vue, et aucun regret, la piscine ne nous a pas manqué une seule seconde. La maison est encore mieux qu'en photos. Il y a tout le confort pour être bien installés, deux salles de bain, une grande pièce à vivre et la terrasse..un paradis. Nous avons passé des heures à profiter en regardant les oiseaux, les bateaux et meme les dauphins ! Et en 5 minutes nous étions dans la mer, avec un sentier qui part directement de la maison. Masque et tuba avec nous, nous avons observé plein de poissons dans une eau transparente. Enfin la communication avec l'hôte était très facile, et Marie a été très très agréable et arrangeante sur nos horaires de départ et d'arrivée. Nous recommandons très fortement cette maison.

Die Villa ist an bester Lage situiert. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Leuchtturm von der Terrasse aus ist fantastisch. Der direkte Weg zum Meer ist bestens zugänglich und in wenigen Minuten befindet man sich in der ruhigen Bucht, wo wir täglich gebadet und geschnorchelt haben. Das Haus bietet grossen Komfort und ist mit allem ausgestattet. Mit den beiden Badezimmern, den geräumigen zwei Schlafzimmern mit grossem Kleiderstauraum und dem grosszügigen Wohn- und Ess-Zimmer bietet diese Villa 4 Personen/2 Paaren eine geeignete Bleibe für mehrere Ferienwochen. Die Abende auf der Terrasse unter dem Sternenhimmel bleiben unvergesslich. Wir würden jederzeit zurückkehren.

Tolles Haus mit fantastischer Aussicht

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Fantastische Aussicht, die wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge verspricht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr gut erreichbar und auch bei Notfällen sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Hervorragend und nicht zu toppen

Diese Unterkunft ist nicht zu toppen. Wir waren schon 10 mal in Korsika aber diese Location übertrifft alles. Zentrumsnah und trotzdem ruhig. Herrlicher Blick auf die Bucht und den Leuchtturm. Eigener Zugang zum Felsenstrand direkt neben Haus. Nur 30 Stufen. Kein Massenstrand. Für Zugang zum Meer werden Taucherschuhe empfohlen und Schnorchelausrüstung, da es gleich 5 m tief abfällt. Bei Wind und Wellen ist Vorsicht geboten. Wanderung zur Revellata hin und zurück 16 km direkt am Haus beginnend. Vermieter immer erreichbar über whats app. Zugang zum Haus erfolgte über eine Schlüsselbox am Haus. Der Code für die Box wurde einige Tage vorher per whats app mitgeteilt. Vermieter erkundigten sich immer wieder nach unserem Wohlbefinden. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder.

Tres belle maison avec une situation idéale.

Maison très bien aménagée et équipée parfaitement. Elle a une situation exceptionnelle avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, un accès privé sur une très belle crique et à 10mn à pied du centre de Calvi. L accueil a été également chaleureux. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment et profité à fond de notre séjour et du cadre dans cette villa.

Sehr schön & liebevoll in hellen Farben eingerichtetes, lichtdurchflutetes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit einem Ausblick auf das Meer (von der Terrasse, vom Wohnzimmer und vom Schlafzimmer!), der fast konkurrenzlos ist. (wir hatten 3x das Glück von der Terrasse aus Delfine zu beobachten). Den Blick auf das Meer zu genießen, war uns soviel wert, das wir kaum in die wuseligen Resaturants in Calvi gingen, sondern lieber die Abende auf der Terrasse mit dem beruhigenden Blick aufs Meer verbrachten. Calvi ist zu Fuß (ca. 1km zu erreichen, 50m unterhalb des Hauses verläuft ein für korsische Verhältnisse gut begehbarer, einsamer (ca. 10 Leute/Stunde) Küstenpfad quer durch die Macchia mit Buchten, Felsen, Stränden (oft kiesig und mit viel Tang) und allem, was dazu gehört, zum Leuchtturm von Revellata (ca. 7-8 km), auch geeignet zum Joggen und für Hardcore Mountainbiker.

fantastischer Ausblick

Die Villa liegt fussläufig zu Calvi und hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt nichts vermissen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und haben im Vorfeld gute Tipps gegeben.

Magnifique séjour au calme
