Distribution of the accommodation: The accommodation has 150 m² of living space, divided into two independent floors and communicated by external stairs. On the first floor and going down a flight of stairs of 7 steps, we find the first flat with a living room with decorative fireplace, separate kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a glazed terrace. On the lower floor and going down a second flight of stairs of 13 steps, we find the second independent flat, with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living-dining room with decorative fireplace, glazed terrace, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a full bathroom with shower. On this floor you will also have access to a pleasant barbecue area with table for outdoor dining. Outside the villa: From the barbecue area and going down a flight of stairs, we reach the swimming pool with Roman stairs to access inside, outdoor shower and sun loungers area for sunbathing. Super clean and the management team were super helpful when I had queries of them. I would say you don’t have enough cooking utensils for people who like to cook, it’s probably okay for people making simple dinners though. Also the bbq needs some sort of rack to keep the food elevated away from the coals. Maison propre et rangée, literie faite et serviette a disposition ce qui est top. Piscine parfaite. Quelques réserves sur la location : absence de balai ou daspirateur pour nettoyer, des équipements dispatchés entre les 2 appartements, des soucis de plomberie, de luminaires extérieurs, une douche mal conçue, des visites tous les 2 jours pour la piscine, mais le plus important pas de climatisation. Au prix de la location, la climatisation nous semble un minimum. Merci tout de même pour l'accueil de l'agence Guzman et sa disponibilité.
