INTERIOR



The GROUND FLOOR offers an open-plan area consisting of a cosy living room and a bedroom sleeping three guests, equipped with one double bed and one single bed. This floor also includes a bathroom with shower, a separate laundry room with washing machine and a billiard room, perfect for relaxing and enjoying leisure time. There is also one air conditioning unit. This floor can be accessed either from the parking area or via the spiral staircase connecting it to the kitchen on the main floor (one person at a time).



The MAIN FLOOR features a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, together with the internal staircase leading to the ground floor. The spacious living room includes Internet TV and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The dining room seats six guests and enjoys pleasant views of the outdoor area. This floor also offers one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace and pool, as well as an independent bathroom with shower.



The UPPER FLOOR features a second fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, a living room with TV, a dining area for four guests and two double bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning. This floor is completed by an independent bathroom with shower and a lovely terrace with beautiful views.



EXTERIOR



Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful garden, a private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with Roman steps and an outdoor shower. The villa also offers a summer kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, ideal for preparing outdoor meals, as well as private parking within the property for up to four vehicles.

Located in a peaceful area of Calpe, this villa is ideal for guests looking for a relaxing holiday close to the sea.
