The two bedrooms are welcoming, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom with shower for your convenience. Please note that the upper floor remains closed and uninhabited during the rental, guaranteeing your privacy.

Enjoy the sun and fun in our pleasant outdoor area, which features a spectacular 11.5x8 metre pool with elegant Roman steps. For barbecue lovers, we have a brick barbecue to enjoy delicious outdoor meals. Furthermore, on the same plot, there is parking space for one vehicle, providing comfort and security.

The villa's location is privileged, with a short distance of 1.6 km to Calpe town centre and just 1 km from the beautiful sandy beach. The nearest supermarket is only 350 metres away, ensuring you have everything you need within reach.
