Semi-detached villa on 2 floors with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This well furnished villa enjoys a quiet location, close to the village, just 5 minutes from La Fustera beach, with several restaurants and bars and just 2 minutes walk from Club Nautique Les Basetes, where one can practicing all kinds of water activities such as scuba diving, kayaking excursions, etc….

Location and approximate distances: Beach: 150 meters. Supermarket: 1 km - Restaurant: 1 km. City center: 5 km.

Comfort & equipment: Surface area approximately 140 m². Free WiFi Internet. Air conditioning (4 units): 3 bedrooms + living room.
