The villa is located in a privileged area offering tranquility and proximity to the beaches and the center of Calpe. It is just 1.6 km from the nearest supermarket and 2.7 km from the sandy beach and restaurants.  
  
The villa is accessed via the 1st floor: Entrance hall. 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and exit to the solarium from where you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea). 1 en-suite bathroom.  
  
Ground floor (with access via an internal staircase): Living / dining room (with TV, sea view and exit to the terrace and swimming pool). Open and fully equipped kitchen (with Fridge - Freezer - Oven - Microwave - Dishwasher - Coffee maker - Toaster). 1 double bedroom (with double bed). 1 double bedroom (with two single beds). 1 shower room.
