This villa is located in a privileged area due to its tranquility and proximity to the beaches and the center of Calpe. It is just 2.2 km from the sandy beach and 2.4 km from the nearest supermarket, as well as restaurants. Calpe center is 3.5 km away.  
  
Inside: Living / dining room (with TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace).  
Open and fully equipped kitchen (with Fridge - Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender). 1 double bedroom (with double bed, TV, ceiling fan and en-suite shower room). 1 double bedroom (with two single beds, TV, ceiling fan and an en-suite shower room).
