Welcome to your charming home away from home! In the heart of Calpe (Costa Blanca), we present to you an intimate and comfortable paradise that welcomes up to 4 people. This gem is a two-storey house with two cosy bedrooms and a bathroom, every corner filled with comfort and style.



Within this luxurious space, you will discover the ground floor which houses a bright living-dining room with TV, ideal for those family film nights. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to awaken the chef within you, from the modern ceramic hob to the fridge, toaster and coffee maker.



Going up to the upper floor, a world of comfort and rest awaits you. One bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning to guarantee your comfort on warm summer nights. And to complete it, an elegant bathroom with a bathtub to enjoy moments of relaxation.



But the magic does not end inside the house. When you step outside, you will find a stunning communal swimming pool, open during the high season, and a second smaller pool available all year round for the more adventurous. Additionally, the house has a private parking space, adding convenience to your stay.



Imagine waking up in a peaceful retreat, surrounded by the serenity of the area and within easy reach of all amenities. Just 2.5 km away you will find the nearest supermarket, and 3 km away a beautiful sandy beach awaits you. At 3.7 km you will discover the vibrant centre of Calpe, full of shops, restaurants and places of interest.
