INTERIOR: This bright apartment consists of a spacious living-dining room, a glazed terrace that offers spectacular sea views. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, are complemented by a bathroom with a bathtub in the twin bedroom and there is another separate bathroom with shower. Living room with TV in Spanish only, but the apartment has internet to watch your Netflix or other applications and the best thing is to enjoy your seaside holidays.



EXTERIOR: Enjoy a pleasant communal swimming pool measuring 11m x 21m with a minimum depth of 1.10m and maximum depth of 1.90m. Direct access to La Fossa beach in Calpe. In addition, a storage area for beach chairs is provided, and a parking space for one vehicle is included.



LOCATION: This apartment enjoys a privileged location, right at the foot of the beach, restaurants and the picturesque seafront promenade. The sandy beach and restaurants are just 10 metres away. With a pharmacy next door and the nearest supermarket 270 metres away, the area has numerous restaurants on the seafront promenade, and Calpe town centre is 3 kilometres away.
