    Located in a peaceful residential area of Calonge i Sant Antoni, this lovely 1980s house is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava. Accommodating up to 4 guests, the property offers privacy, comfort, and nature, all just minutes from the beach.



    Set on a spacious 890 m² plot, the house provides an ideal setting to unwind. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living-dining room with TV, DVD player, and music system—perfect for enjoying time together as a family or couple.



    The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. There are 2 double bedrooms—one with a double bed (150x190), the other with two single beds (90x190)—and a full bathroom.



    Outside, a large terrace, well-kept garden, and private 8x4 meter pool await you, ideal for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. There’s also a barbecue for outdoor dinners and a closed garage for one car.
