The staff were overall a well mannered group and would help when we would need it. The pool was a bit more dirty than I expected as there were bugs on the top of the pool, but I would expect it as this place has a good amount of bugs. Our shower did not work unless you put the bath in the highest pressure. The amenities were great and helped a lot during our stay. The places around the hotel are nice and you’ll have a great selection of food choices around. Overall, I would say it was a pretty good stay.
