"Wasn’t prepared for how nice this hotel was. Of course, it is a Four Seasons Hotel and in typical form, they don’t play around. The attention to detail is exceptional. Great staff, lovely and extremely comfortable room and first rate room service. I’m not even a fan of Vegas, but we’ll return just to stay here. "

"I have always stayed here in the past. Staff? Now it is self check in and when you ask the actual person directing people to check themselves in, they don't answer your questions. Day 2 of my stay, no water. When it finally came back on, there was so much black stuff in the lines, it was disgusting. Pool area was being remodeled, and it is understandable, but there wasn't any warning that the pools would be under repair. They have taken the customer service out of their checkin process and make you check yourself in, and the issue with the water and the black stuff in the water when it was finally turned back on, even after letting the water run for a long period of time really makes me question if this property will continue to be my hotel of choice on my future visits to Vegas."

"What breakfast ? So much cigarette smoke,air stale, and room has the faint sent of cigarettes. The remodeled guest rooms were very clean. However,it took an hour and forty five to check in due to the hotels lack of staff?"

"The room was clean but the body wash had been ripped off the wall. Other wise as a last minute stay it was fine. Try using the kiosk so you don’t have to wait in the long line to check in or out. If you need gluten free options this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for reasonably priced food again not the place. This might be the norm since this is my first time visiting Las Vegas. As a plus they do offer Kimbo coffee which is the best coffee in my opinion."

"Having the breakfast was convenient. Checking in took so long- waited 30 minutes. Rooms need updating all around."

"Overall was a good experience it just that took us 3 calls to actually get the needed blankets and also we ate at the 7South restaurant and took a long time for our food to be served and it wasn’t even full, even our dessert we waited 30min for it."

"The Hotel worked perfect for us . Close to the airport , and down the street from the car rental return. We were able to return our car, walk back to the Hotel and get a Hotel shuttle to the airport the next morning. We used it at both ends of our trip to Utah Parks . Very nice facility and all the staff were very nice and helpful."
