This authentic two-level holiday home has been lovingly kept and offers plenty of room for family gatherings, with a front deck that catches the sun, perfect for slow mornings and balmy evenings. Inside, open-plan living and dining spill onto a large front deck where you can fire up the gas BBQ and dine under the trees. The kitchen is well equipped (microwave and coffee machine — bring your own Lavazza pods), and the house features comfortable lounging zones with a smart TV upstairs plus a separate downstairs bar area with an additional flat-screen TV and DVD player — ideal for movie nights or splitting into quiet and social zones. Practical extras include an outside laundry with an extra shower and toilet (great for rinsing sandy kids and dogs) and undercover parking with plenty of off-street space for boats and cars. The home comfortably sleeps six adults across three bedrooms. There’s a bathroom downstairs with a separate bath and shower plus an additional toilet upstairs. A fully fenced, dog-friendly yard and outdoor seating areas make Sandpiper a relaxed choice for visitors who value space, easy indoor–outdoor flow and proximity to the bay. Sandpiper is a wonderful discovery...close to the beach so you can hear the waves, everything you need and a deck under a beautiful gum tree. Sandpiper was thoughtfully equipped (even caps for the champagne bottles!) with quirky decor that gave the place a comfy feel. We love hanging out on the deck under the big scribbly gum watching a myriad of parrots and other birds feeding on the Christmas bush and other trees in the garden. The house is a short stroll to the beach and our little dog enjoys the space in the backyard as well as rolling in the sand at the beach. Sandpiper is the type of place that is relaxed with space for our family to spread out for some quiet time or come together on the deck. Lots of kitchen equipment to serve up a feast and having a separate shower in the laundry was very helpful when our sandy mob needed a clean off before coming into the house.
