They gave me a letter to go to a partner hotel that was miles away from where our event and reservations for dinner were at. When I arrived at the new hotel, they did not have a room for me that would fit my party. I had booked a two queen room and they only had one room with one full size bed. There was no space or bed enough to accommodate my party of 3 adults. This was the worst hotel and booking experience I have ever had.
