"Loved the pool! "

"The hotel is under construction. They put a single woman in a wing where I felt unsafe the room was ok, but big cracks on the bottom of the door, I thought a big might slip in from the outside. Then @7am the next day the gardeners & their blowers were there to wake everyone up, even the dead!☠️ "

"When I arrived for my reservation that told me " they no longer had room for me", even though I had made a reservation two months prior. They gave me a letter to go to a partner hotel that was miles away from where our event and reservations for dinner were at. When I arrived at the new hotel, they did not have a room for me that would fit my party. I had booked a two queen room and they only had one room with one full size bed. There was no space or bed enough to accommodate my party of 3 adults. This was the worst hotel and booking experience I have ever had. "

"Breakfast menu was only waffles some fruit yogurt cereal and prepackaged boiled eggs. Parking atleast was decent. Our room had a broken chair and there was wayer damage on the walls by the bathroom and on the walls in the bathroom. The remote didnt even work with the tv."

"Our second time staying at Parkside. The ambiance is fantastic, the rooms are charming, the jacuzzi tubs and large showers are romantic, and everything fun in Sacramento is only a short distance away. We'll be returning, definitely!"
