"This was my second time staying at the hotel. It was lovely. The staff were great, very friendly. The pool was beautiful but the hot tub was just a small pool this time, the heat and jets weren't working. The bar wasn't open, so we had to go to the lobby for drinks. Otherwise it was still a good stay, had lots of fun, and we were both very relaxed by the end of our stay. Big ups to the staff for dealing with me and my husband 🙏❤️"

"The location is very convenient, situated along the main road directly opposite First Citizens Bank and Scotiabank, and within walking distance of several shops, markets, and food options. Mario’s Pizza and Domino’s are both less than a minute away, which made meals very easy. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained in terms of housekeeping, and the staff were helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety, and the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch. That said, the property could benefit from some general upkeep and modernization in certain areas. My main issue was noise. I specifically requested a quiet room and was initially placed on the ground floor away from high-traffic areas, which I appreciated. However, there is a bar on the compound that plays very loud music from around 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., and it felt as though it was directly outside my window. The noise level made it very difficult to rest. When I raised the issue with reception, the staff were understanding and promptly upgraded me to a larger suite on the fourth floor, which was a much better experience. "I was referred to this location and I was very happy with my stay. This location has a restaurant/bar and very intimate so you will hear music, at night, but there is a cut off time. The staff were very pleasant and were very willing to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere, staff, and cleanliness is why I will book again."
