"The Location was great, area perfect... You could walk to all areas of downtown Cincinnati. I met with friends and family. Which was and issue with the owner. He wanted to change the price because my family came by. I did not know we could not had to meet guests outside of the apartment. We aslo had an issue with the lock code and we had to sit outside the apartment for an hour because the owner did not believe I was inputting the code properly. "We thoroughly enjoyed the entire hotel, the atmosphere was wonderful! Our room was perfect! We stayed in a king suite and it was beyond our expectations from when we booked. The staff and everyone was beyond friendly, accommodating and met our needs! The restaurants and bar were fabulous too! It was a bonus that we stayed there during the Reds and Yankees game, so the hotel was filled with fans from both sides, which made it even better! Hilton is always a go to hotel for me no matter where I travel, but I can promise that every stay in Cincinnati from here on out will be at Hilton Netherlands! "
