Breakfast was gross. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel it’s the location is very very nice close to food close to shopping just a good energyand the staff was really nice. They’re under construction some of the rooms don’t have A.C None of the elevators have AC.

Disappointed. Booked a premium room , 101, and was given a handicap room where the shower water sprayed all over the floor. Guests should be told if a handicap room is given. In addition, there was a loud noise every 45 seconds that would run for about 30 seconds under the floor. i believe it was the AC for the lobby below. Very annoying. Discussed both issues with the front desk and there was no action.

We arrived to a grade 10 drive up a steep steep hill or option 2 - a steep climb up 120 stairs (not a misprint) with no sign indicating you were actually heading to reception. Once checked in we had to go down the 120 stairs to our car. A very kind receptionist ...

This a quite location with a super outdoor ambiance. Loved that part of it. Google maps and the one on the site were conflicting. Made finding the place a bit of a challenge. Once there we were happy to be there.
