"Great views, food and convenient location to explore the south/west coast of Madeira by car!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this amazing villa. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and was lovely and spacious. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the thick curtains to stop children waking too early. The children particularly loved the pool and we enjoyed being able to relax on the loungers and outdoor seating whilst they were splashing about. The views from the master bedroom balcony were lovely and we spent every evening up there after the children had gone to bed watching the ever changing sky - blissful! We enjoyed being able to get down quickly to Calheta to go to the beach and the easy accessibility to everywhere on the island that we wanted to visit. The local shop is also very handy and has pretty much everything you could need. We also had a delicious evening meal at the local vineyard. Jorge was very responsive for anything we needed and gave us some excellent recommendations of places to eat and visit - the whale watching tour he recommended was an absolute highlight for all of us. Overall, a brilliant stay!"

"Irina was amazing. The home was cozy and exactly what we expected. It was special to stay in a 100 year old school house. The neighborhood is near a Levada for a nice walk. It is close to Calheta which is a great place to swim and stroll. "

"This hotel is really amazing I feel like the pictures don't do it justice the pictures are nice that's why I picked this hotel but staying here was a completely different experience and feeling the staff where great especially the staff in the premium lounge I don't noticed I booked for that package but it's a must you get daily breakfast and a evening snack free drinks and it's expensive it's own deck you get access to the spa which is the most discreet and exclusive spa I've been to that line made our trip magical you the spa is down a huge stair case into a hidden oasis in the middle of the hotel completely amazing I can't say enough the hotel it's self is away from tourist attractions bit we wanted that rent a car be cautious they like to drive very fast just book this hotel you will not regret it , the price is high but the experience is well worth it "

"Lovely property, set in peaceful and lush environment. The views from the property and the sunsets are fantastic.The only ‘downside’ is that there are no restaurants within reasonable walking distance but if you want the peaceful location then this is to be expected.Overall great place "

"Beautiful view from the roof terrace and a great host. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Accessibility for those who are mobility restricted is more difficult so keep that in mind. Calheita is a nice village with good restaurants. Easy access by car to all hiking areas"
