Quiet, good views and a swimming pool are great reasons to spend a holiday with a ‘direct connection’ to the countryside. Set in a plot with two twin houses, this property offers comfort and well-being for you and your companions. With three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds, the house have a maximum capacity of 8 people, thanks to the double sofa bed available in the living room. The room is large and has been decorated in detail, thinking in the functionality and comfort of the guests. The kitchen, in open space mode, has all the necessary utensils to cook your meals. Outside is the “icing on the cake”: a fantastic swimming pool set in a large lawn area where you will surely spend your days with fun and happiness. A space like this calls for long lunches and barbecues with family or friends. You can make your daily barbecues in the excellent interior space, designed for lovers of good grills! If you rent a car, you can park inside the property. THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW This property is located in the west of Madeira Island, in the parish of Ponta do Pargo, municipality of Calheta. Being in a more secluded area, you will not find any kind of commerce in the vicinity of the property. Forty minutes by car are Porto Moniz's famous swimming pools. Nearby you can visit the Ponta do Pargo lighthouse, which is an 8-minute drive away. In Prazeres area, you can find a market and restaurants. In the municipality of Calheta, you can visit the museum installed in the 'Casa das Mudas' or take a dip in the sandy beach, right in the center of the village. There you will find a medium-sized supermarket and several restaurants serving regional and international cuisine. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address. Par contre une fois à la villa le calme et la vue si vous avez la villa du fond. Les couchés de soleil sont incroyables. L’équipement rien à redire moderne propre et cerise sur le gâteau ménage intermédiaire et final compris dans le prix. Die Lage und der Ausblick auf den Atlantik ist toll, auf jeden Fall wird ein Auto benötigt. Der Service ist super, jede Woche wird gereinigt, auch der Pool. Erstens war die Lage unbeschreiblich mit dem Blick aufs Meer und die Ausstattung des Hauses war auch super. Wir hatten ein Kleinkind (1) dabei und hatten nach babybett und hochstuhl gefragt und es hat problemlos geklappt. Mit dem Auto sind wir sehr gut überall hingekommen. Direkt 5 min von dort entfernt sind auch sehr gute Restaurants gewesen. Das Haus war aber mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet gewesen. Jedoch hätten wir uns einen sehr großen Esstisch gewünscht gehabt. The house is situated on the slope, outside the village, so there is complete peace and a feeling of being away from civilization. It was very good for us, because we needed to mute our heads.
