"The Fire Alarm went off twice during our stay. It was resolvable issue by the Operations Manager. The Pool doors had trouble opening at open. Two people were needed to open the doors for the pool and the fitness room. Housekeeping was not kept up everyday. It was only done on Monday and Tuesday while ..."
