Please note that the home is one of two totally separate LEGAL suites. It has separate heating and ventilation, separate smoke shield, separate temperature control, it even has sound attenuation between the floors. The entrances are separate. You have no access to the space upstairs and they have no access to your space down. STAIRS: Please note that a flight of stairs is required to access the lower-level suite, The rest of the suite is single-level. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal. 4\. Although pets are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest\`s name on the reservation. 5\. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths.
