I loved that the condo felt like a home, not some professionally staged unit that gives you that empty feeling. The area itself was very convenient, with Shoppers only two blocks away. It's also close to lots of shopping and restaurants on 17th Avenue. I love to walk so that was great. The building was quiet, though I did have a run-in with a rude group of young people outside the front entrance, who were angry that I wouldn't open the door and let them in. They didn't have a key. The building residents are strict when it comes to letting strangers inside, due to security. Anyways, other than that, everyone in the building seemed polite and professionally oriented. I loved how detailed all the instructions were in the handbook they left for me. I had no problem doing my laundry in the buildings laundry room, or finding the garbage chute.Oh, and the shower is awesome! It gets really steamy in there, like a steam shower.
