PARKING You will have access to a two-car parking pad space, with additional street parking spaces available. Please note that the garage is not included in the rental. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason. CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 people. 3\. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal. 4\. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property. 5\. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest. 6\. Guests must confirm current fire bans prior to using the fire pit. Any tickets issued for fires during a fire ban will be billed directly to the main renter on file for the respective date(s). 7\. Please note that the backyard (fire pit/grass area only) is a shared space with the upper-level guests (if present.)
