The hotel location is good, beside the light rail station. The front desk staffs were extremely helpful throughout our stays. Hotel security is tight due to the homeless people roaming around the city and station area.

Clean hotel with nice rooms, the bed was comfortable and the bathrobe was very soft which was appreciated. Nice to have the pool and hot tub. The only downsides were the noise from the C-train passing often most of the night and some questionable characters present around that area of the city.
