The unit was perfect for the 8 of us with the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Only potential negative is that there are a lot of stairs to get to all four floors. We had a nice walk along the Bow River into Kensington and loved the shops and restaurants there. We didn't have much communication with Maria before our stay but she dealt with any issues we had very quickly. I was attracted to the house as it is centrally located in a great neighbourhood and had amenities for toddlers. It did not disappoint. the house is modern and spacious and has a reasonably well kitted kitchen. Communication with the owner was seamless. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary and looking for a place in a walkable neighbourhood. ##### A R. We were 3 brothers (all 71+) plus wives, plus 1 widowed sister-in-law. WE were in YYC to celebrate our sister\`s 80th birthday, she lives about 4 blocks away, a 9-10 minute walk, so it was very convenient for us. We only ate breakfasts there, plus one dinner, but the kitchen is very well equipped, nothing lacking save perhaps for thongs and a strainer- surprised those were not part of the kit.
