Would we recommend this house “No”. The whole place is dirty everywhere. The downstairs bedroom does not meet coding standards and should not be listed as a bedroom. There are not windows in it.If a qualified team were to come in and clean it could be a viable option.The kitchen Is well stocked with small appliances and dishes. No staples though.There are many electrical cords running everywhere. Not sure what for.You are taking a risk to rent this house.
