Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Leave all used bath towels on the bathroom floor. - Place TV remotes back where they belong. - Close any windows (if opened) - Please turn off the sauna after each use.
- Turn off TV and place TV remotes back where they belong. - Fully extinguish any outdoor fire in the fire pit. - Turn off hot tub jets & lights. Return the cover back over the hot tub and the pool.
- Bag all the garbage and make sure to double-tie all bags. - Do a final walk-thru to check for personal belongings. Please send us a quick message when head out so we can alert our cleaners.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

- No smoking of any kind. Penalty: $500 + tax fee - Unregistered guests will be charged a $40 fee/person. - Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 7AM.
- Extra cleaning fees apply if home is left messy - Late check-out: 30 mins=$50; 2+hrs=$149 (do not grant an add'l. stay) - No parties/events allowed
- Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that record to the cloud 24/7. No tampering of security cameras - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the House
