This home is located in community of seton close to highway 2, 22x and south health campus. Ample of shopping, restaurants and cineplex within 2 mins drive. Max 2 pets each must be under 30lbs weight limit. If pets don’t fit this criteria please request for exception prior to booking which may be granted by the host. House sleep 8 comfortably and can accommodate 9 if requested at time of booking. Bedroom 1 : Sleeps 2 each (Queen Bed) Bedroom 2 : Sleeps 2 each (Queen Bed) Bedroom 3 : Sleeps 2 each (Queen Bed) Bedroom 4: Sleep 2 (2 Single Beds) Upper Family Room: Sleep 1 (Single floor mattress provided only if booking is for 9 people) Coffee, tea, sugar, coffee mate provided. Bath towels, face towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. Toilet papers, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dishwashing soap provided. This house has two separate legal units with both of them having their own separate ventilation and thermostats. You will have access to upper main unit. Backyard fencing not complete This is a new construction area and there may be construction noise during your stay. There are security cameras installed in the exterior of the building for your security and they are not monitored unless its an emergency.
