Good clean hotel near the airport for convenient transit stay. Bed is surprisingly comfortable. Free simple but hot breakfast is a plus. It is in the middle of no where though so really only good for transiting to and from Calgary airport.

Overall, we had an excellent stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that some guests were talking loudly in the hallway after 11:00 p.m., which made it difficult to sleep. It would be great if the hotel could remind guests to keep noise levels down during quiet hours. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and we would gladly stay here again.

The pool was fun, but the stairs to the slide should really be cleaned…: lots of algae and dirt/possibly mold, etc.… It’s called a pressure washer, use it.. I made my kids shower immediately after we got out of the pool because I was concerned. Yuck.

Great breakfast, clean room. Hotel is renting out the pool for private swimming lessons. Hotel customers are still able to go in the pool, but seems inappropriate for customers to have to share with the public. Lobby floors were dirty and garbage overflowing. Broken USB ports in the room, front desk had to reminded three times to bring up extra bedding. The hotel gave the impression that while some staff members were friendly and attentive, management is not training staff to create a good quality experience for customers. I have stayed at other holiday inns and they were impeccable with their service and cleanliness.
