You do not have access to the suite downstairs and they do not have access to your suite. The only shared space is the backyard.\*\* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal. 4\. Although dogs (sorry, no cats) are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation. 5\. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest. 6\.
