The place was clean, well stocked with towels and plates, pull out couch was already made up, check in was smooth and with the key fobs entry was easy. Loved having a parking spot on 17th

Horrible. We arrived and were met with a very sketchy neighbourhood and mislead by the images shown online. Unsecure door locks and air conditioning that only cooled one room. I contacted VRBO and our representative was very helpful, stating that we would get a full refund, however we have not heard back yet. The owner refused a refund.
