Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location
Hosts were quick with responses to questions. Room was clean and everything very new. Location was ideal for national volleyball tournament at BMO centre. 3 minute walk so was easy to walk back between games for a sandwich or change of scenery. The apartment was not as shown in pictures when booking. Would have liked a table and chairs instead of little island with 2 stools. Enjoyed the scenery from the 35th floor lounge and watching NHL hockey on the tv in that room since we couldn’t access it on our apartment tv. Underground parking that we paid extra for was worth it.
