This bright and spacious walkout basement suite is located in a peaceful, green neighborhood. It features a private entrance and is perfect for families, couples, or business travelers seeking a relaxing getaway.

Guest Access: You will have exclusive access to the entire basement suite, the adjoining patio, the backyard, and the lake dock.
Parking: Park your vehicle on the right side of the driveway (as viewed from the street). Access the suite via the left side path of the house; there are a few steps along the way.
Other Things to Note: We are a family of 2 adults and 1 child living upstairs. Some minor noise may be heard, but we aim to keep things quiet—especially between 11 PM and 7 AM.

We had a great time at Eli's! Superb location in a quiet residential area, by the lake, not far from Calgary downtown by car; it was perfect for our first time in Calgary. Eli's thoughtful and available if anything, he was always quick to respond, and was very kind enough to wait for us when we arrived late on the evening after a delayed flight. You have all you need to have a good time, even when the weather is not favorable, you have a pool table and a projector screen for yourself. We will gladly come back at Eli's if we pass by Calgary again!
