About the Suite
A bright, private walkout suite in Cochrane’s Sunset Ridge with a private entrance, in-suite laundry, and a kitchenette for light meals. It includes a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker, but no stovetop or oven.

Location
Just a 5-minute walk to a convenience store, gas station, bakery, and pub, and 10 minutes to a scenic lake and playground. Easy access to the Rockies and Calgary makes it ideal for business stays or mountain getaways.

Things to Know
This is a private basement suite with a cozy, efficiently designed layout. Hosts live upstairs with young children, so some normal household noise may be heard.

What’s Provided
The suite includes essential amenities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, drinking water, coffee, and tea. An in-suite washer and dryer are also available, along with complimentary starter laundry detergent for your convenience.

Kitchenette
The kitchenette is designed for light meal preparation and does not include a stovetop or oven. An ice maker is available upon request.

Guest Access
The entire suite is for guests’ private use, except for the locked utility room, which contains the electrical panel.

Self Check-In
I will send you the door lock access code before check-in. You may enter using the code anytime after check-in begins.

Guest Capacity
The suite is most comfortable for 2 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 3. A portable crib is available upon request at no extra charge.

Extra Bed & Third Guest
The base rate includes up to 2 guests sharing one queen bed. A folding single bed can be prepared for 2 registered guests who prefer separate beds for an additional $30 per night.

The third-guest fee is $30 per night and includes the folding single bed. These fees are not charged twice.

Please request the folding bed by 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of check-in. The bed will be prepared after the reservation change has been accepted.

Optional Add-Ons (Subject to Availability)
• Early check-in / Late check-out: $10 per hour
• Extra bed for 2 registered guests: $30 per night
• Third guest, including folding bed: $30 per night
