    This is a private main floor and second floor house with its own entrance. The backyard is shared with the basement tenants, so you may occasionally hear sound from downstairs; if total quiet is essential, keep this in mind. Families are welcome, and it's a comfortable, well-equipped home base whether you're visiting for work, a family trip, or a longer stay. We'd be glad to host you.
    We also offer a separate basement suite, allowing the property to accommodate up to 14 guests in total. Please inquire if you’re interested in booking the full space.

We had a wonderful stay and were so comfortable for 2 families (1 with 6 of us and 1 with 4) to spend the days exploring and to come back and hang out all together. I should have brought games and activities for the kids, but otherwise the kitchen had what we needed to cook breakfast and supper and the stock of coffee was nice. The bedding and beds were so comfortable and everyone slept so well. Thank you,Communication with the host was very clear and responsive.

The house itself is very large and spacious great for hosting large groups. Definitely needs some upkeep done. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable the kitchen, laundry room and living room definitely needed a good clean housekeeping was lacking in these areas. Communication with the host was excellent. I did address some of the cleaning issues and sent pictures. She said that she’d be speaking to housekeeping to rectify the problem immediately there is people living downstairs, which we were not aware of, we thought we would have the entire house which was my fault in part as I did not read that in the listing, so we felt that we had to be quiet later in the evening as they had children. The kitchen is not well stocked if you enjoy cooking definitely plan on buying your own spices cutting boards knives very little cooking utensils.. Some board games would have been great overall for the price and location to our event, we were satisfied with our stay.
