DON'T DO IT. This is a very small apartment that is under construction. The heater did not work. The smoke alarms were disabled. Drywall dust was everywhere. Both my Wife and I have sore throats from breathing the drywall dust, Pubic hairs in the shower. Glass doors without any coverings. I can go on but you get the picture. Using the word "Luxury" to describe this apartment is False Advertising. I am surprised that the local Building Authority allows occupancy. No Staff. No front desk, just cameras and multiple codes to get into the building. No cleaning room service. If you have any issues, you must email someone who may answer you the next day, there is not a phone number to call. A nightmare. We created a video and will be uploading to YouTube when we return home.

It was nice and new, but certainly was not LUXURY 5 star quality as described in the Expedia app. There was no air con, not enough towels and only one garbage can in the place, no soap for the dishwasher, no deck furniture, etc (see the other reviews). Elevators weren’t working and we were on the second floor, not an issue unless you have mobility issues. Had very comfortable beds. For time of year the price was good…we just expected more from the description as Luxury 5 Star.
