"Needed to take the shuttle for early morning flight. The staff recommended to take the 4 a.m. shuttle since we were traveling international and they were correct with this advice. Really appreciated the insight because of the long lines even early in the morning."

"I didn’t like that where the Oriental guest service person put me in room 140, it had no coffee maker, no writing pad, or writing pad, plus the heater that was in there didn’t work. Good thing I had a heater in my car, I went and, got the heater! That was the 2nd room that I was put in, that had no coffee maker! I’m so disappointed in the staff and how they place you in rooms like this! I won’t be back! The hotel lost my business."

"Nothing special at all. Convenient for travel. Free shuttle but not 24 hours. Very dated and could be cleaner. For $300 a night I would recommend going elsewhere. The front staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed by any questions we had. There is no complimentary coffee or breakfast in the lobby. Very convenient BUT very basic for the price."

"Front desk, amazing! Bedding comfortable. The rooms need an upgrade! Torn wallpaper, not thoroughly dusted, coffee maker not clean, towels thin and old. Breakfast buffet disappointing. Hot food not hot, but the croissants, coffee and orange juice were good."
