Beautiful Country Home in the Heart of Wine Country and Close to Town. Perfect for Family & Friends to Gather, beds to sleep up to 12.

The Ranch House at Valli Hi Angus provides an unparalleled Southwestern Idaho experience located 10 minutes from Caldwell and just 30 minutes from the Boise Airport. This luxurious country home sits on the edge of Deer Flat Wildlife Refuge, overlooks the beautiful Lake Lowell and Treasure Valley, framed by acres of picturesque farmland and surrounded by the nearby scenic Snake River Canyon Scenic Byway. The beautiful country setting is located on a working black angus ranch in the heart of the Snake River Valley AVA, and Sunnyslope Wine Trial which features 15 wineries and vineyards, award-winning wines and unique dining experiences and tasting rooms.

With almost 6,000 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two family rooms, a large dining room, pool room and heated outdoor pool, The Ranch can comfortably accommodate groups up to 12. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and play games, watch movies or just relax inside or outside after a long day enjoying Destination Caldwell. Maximum number of cars/vehicles is six.

The Ranch House makes it easy to enjoy the amazing Idaho summers with a large heated outdoor pool, lots of lounging poolside and loads of incredible outdoor seating, all situated in a fabulous country setting. POOL IS ONLY OPEN JUNE THROUGH SEPTEMBER (weather dependent), has an automatic pool cover and is not fenced in.

Valli-Hi Angus Ranch Meat Store is available for guests to enjoy local, ranch-raised Black Angus beef and lamb meat too, if in stock. If you are interested, we encourage you to pre-order on-line or call in-advance of your arrival as the demand for local Valli-Hi beef and lamb meat is extremely high. We LOVE this home!

We love this home! It is spacious and was very well laid out for our two families. The living room is large and the pool was amazing. It was so fun to have the cattle so close by. The property is outside the city but not too far. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family was in town for a wedding. We had a large, active group, so we needed space and things to do. The Ranch was perfect for us. Friend trip

This was our 3rd time coming to this house and we have really enjoyed it. Great place for the kids to have fun with the pool and a lot of space inside. The rooms are at one end of the house and the living spaces at the other end so that is nice for the evenings when kids are asleep the adults can still hang out and not wake the kids. Big enough table to fit 16 is really nice. We hope we will be back.

So many amenities. Basketball court pickleball court. Ping pong trampoline, pool table. Kids had a blast. Family place for sure. There was even a grand piano. Table for 16. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The hostess was easy to reach and very helpful.

My family of 5 stayed for 5 nights at The Ranch. We were looking for an accommodation with a private pool but were sold in the unique location. It was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and all the furniture was very comfortable. The hosts responded quickly and were very accommodating. My kids loved the large pool, trampoline and pool table. The property, with a large beautifully landscaped yard and lake view was stunning. However, what we loved most was the farm animals. They made for such a unique and memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again for a wonderful family vacation.

Spectacular Ranch

This property was absolutely amazing. If you are looking to have a fun, family stay this is the place. The pool is heated and has an automatic cover that helped us feel safer for our kids. The in ground trampoline was so cool. We were lucky to see the cows being herded into a new field. The garden is stunning and well kept. The layout of the home makes you feel like you can retreat to your room but be together for family meals. You can tell that the pool was built to be seen in each room. We walked over to the meat store and we were warmly greeted by the lady running it and let us drive in the back to see the cows and chickens. If you’re looking for a special country getaway this is the best place!! Thank you Kelli and family.

This is our second stay at this unique property. The pool, pool table, and trampoline keep the teens busy, and the large kitchen table with the great view is great for the older adults - During our last stay, there was a bluetooth speaker in the living room that we did not find this time, and there were no instructions on how to use the stereo system for anything other than the basic radio, so remember to pack a bit of your own tech.

This is such a fun house! It’s on a beautiful farm with gorgeous views and a big back yard. Our kids had a blast back there. It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The large kitchen table and two family rooms is great! The host was super helpful and responsive. Check in and check out is simple. Beds are comfortable and there’s plenty of extra pillows and blankets, which we always appreciate. We spent most of our time away from the house visiting family, and our kids kept asking to come back because they liked the house so much. We will definitely come back next time we are in town.

Perfect Family Getaway!

The Ranch, as it is called, was perfect for our family of six who enjoyed spending Christmas there. The backyard view is beautiful with scenery including Lake Lowell, trees, sheep, and wildlife. Especially birds and a large family of quail passing through daily. The home is cozy with a welcoming feel along with everything you could need - including comfortable bedding. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect gathering place

We rent a this home for our small (12 of us) family reunion. It was SO perfect for what we needed. Lots of space so we never felt cramped. The pool was awesome and we spent a lot of time on the pickleball court as well. We played pool and ping pong and the kids could rest and watch a movie after being worn out from playing! The huge table had plenty of room for all of us to sit together which we’ve never had and was so nice! Overall it was the perfect stay and we already booked for next year!

Wonderful family summer retreat

We absolutely loved staying at this lovely home! The pool and pickleball court and beautiful yard were so beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of outdoor seating by the pool. We used the outdoor fire pit one night to roast marshmallows together. Love, love the big windows along the back where those who are inside can see all the fun happening outside. We also loved the large table inside to eat together and the large gathering area to sit and relax. Watching the Fourth of July fireworks in the valley was unbelievable from this view. We will definitely be back!!
