Every member of the staff was friendly. The breakfast bar could have had a few more items, and someone present to answer questions and assist customers.

My room was great except for the stink bug that greeted me. My room door was a little sticky. it just didn't feel like it seated completely and I worried a little bit if it was really locked.But all in all, I felt safe. And the room was clean and pleasant.

was on our third room 1st one no heat 2nd a suite had to sleep o got a 3rd room the next day staff was very good but had a hard time with rooms moving around 2 much breakfast was good tv in first room did not work

The staff were so accommodating and cordial. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Definitely staying here the next time we are in town. Only downside I can think of is the road is being repaved in that area so it is not walkable. Did not bother us though.

I noticed staff shortage. They need help to reduce over stress on employees. Check in employee was doing house keeping as well.

You won’t regret it!
We spent one night prior to our visit to The Wilds. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Room was clean. Toliet was very crooked and we were concerned with use it. Tv volume would get high then low then high.

Pleasant stay.
Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Everything was very clean. On the downside, bath/shower water was warm but not hot.
