Aussicht und Lage der Wohnung sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in kurzer Zeit fußläufig erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten für Pkw vorhanden. In der Erntezeit reger Traktorverkehr. Vermieterin sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit.
Wir waren für drei Tage bei Heidi in der Ferienwohnung "Kalterer See" und wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. De Umgebung hat uns wahnsinnig gut gefallen und Heidi hat uns wirklich sehr, sehr nett und freundlich aufgenommen uns einen 360 Grad Überblick über das gegeben, was man in und um Kaltern wissen muss. Sie war immer ansprechbar, wenn wir was gebraucht haben und immer sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war schön und sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Gepflegtes, modernes Apartment mit Balkon und Bergblick. 5 Minuten zu Fuß in den Ort bequem zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche Eigentümer.
