Especially when you get to spend your holiday in an ultramodern, completely new apartment with free lake access. With around 40 m², it is big enough for a lot of togetherness, whether it is on the balcony with a stunning view or in the open living room with a cosy double bed and a yellow sofa, a cooking corner, and a dining area, which is perfect for a romantic dinner. Another advantage is the key box for a flexible, autonomous 24-hour check-in. And in the surroundings? There are restaurants, supermarkets, and bars. You can park your car for free at the private parking space. On the promenade, which leads directly past the house, you can walk to the lake. Also, the bus, which stops directly in front of the house, takes you wherever you want. Living directly on Lake Kaltern. If you are not swimming a few lengths in the cool water thanks to free access to the lake or lounging in the sun on the jetty, you can also put your feet up on one of the sunny balcony. If you are arriving by car, you have private parking on the property. If not, the bus stop is right in front of the house. Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged. Der Empfang deutscher Programme ist desolat bis kaum gegeben. Es fehlt ein Schrank, um seine Sachen zu verstauen. Leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine im Haus.Positiv ist das schön renovierte Apartment und der kostenlose Zugang zum Seebad Gretl. ##### Frank H.
