"One of the best hotels we stayed at on our Montana trip this year, the hotel is older but kept up nicely. Beautiful views of the yellowstone right from our room, and one of the best 5am views I've ever seen in my life, we forgot to close the curtains! Very quaint fireplace areas on the side of our room and right outside the main lobby."

"There are so many positives about the hotel: staff was really friendly and helpful, great location, and the room was comfortable. However, in the accessible room we had, there were no counters/flat surfaces in the bathroom for personal toiletries/makeup, no towel holder near the sink, you couldn't reach the shower controls or towel rack from the shower bench."

"Lots of pros. Place was clean, updated, comfortable beds, soft towels, lots of amenities and special touches. Loved having the back porch to sit out on. There were 5 of us, so the place was a little small for us when just lounging around, and it is pretty dark inside, even with lots of lights on. The main con was the drive there. As others have said, there is a very long windy unpaved road to get to the cabin that has switchbacks. While some people might feel comfortable driving it, I was super nervous every time we had to. We had a truck too, so I can’t imagine driving a car up there. Otherwise, the place was nice."
