We ordered oxygen to our rooms several times to help with the altitude sickness and they were happy to take care of us. The restaurant in the hotel had the best food in town in my opinion. The massage therapist was also great we highly recommend the spa. When we come back to Cusco this is where we will stay again. "

The rooms are spacious and charming, but also clean and have everything you need plus some extra comfort and luxury like large tubs, facial tissues, etc. The breakfast is also great. Most of all, the staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. They are a major part of why we would recommend it!"
