The house has been completely renovated by the family of Italian owners who, in addition to producing wine, have decided to open the doors of their second home. The exterior is perfectly maintained with a new swimming pool with a midnight blue cover that provides a special effect. The house on two levels has on the ground floor the large kitchen with table overlooking the patio and the swimming pool, living room and service bathroom. On the first floor 3 double bedrooms, with 2 en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is on a mezzanine. It is less than 5 minutes by car to the town of Nizza Monferrato with 20,000 inhabitants and a number of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and a weekly market. Piedmont is a well-known destination for wine and food enthusiasts with focus on red wine and truffles. It is around 1 hour from the house to the famous towns of Barolo, Alba and Asti. The shaping landscape also makes Piedmont a popular place for road biking. It is possible to rent bicycles in Nizza Monferrato. It is just over 1 hour down to Savona on the Italian Riviera, and approx 2 hours up to Lake Como by the Alps. The house is located between the big cities of Milan, Turin and Genoa, with approx. 1.5 hours to each of these. It is not very far from the French riviera either, approx 3 hours by car to Nice.
