The house offers its guests great comfort in a cozy and romantic atmosphere, with all the modern facilities, a garden and a wonderful view over the surrounding hills and vineyards, which can be enjoyed from every room. It is located on the hillside of the peaceful village of Calamandrana Alta, in the heart of the Piemonte wine area: Langhe and Monferrato. The house, approximately 60 sqm - very bright and fully furnished, extends over three storeys. Two flights of terracotta and wood stairs lead to first and second floor. Ground floor: Main entrance | Fully-equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils (also including gas stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, capsule coffee machine, American coffee maker, crockery, pots, pans) and dining area | Direct access to the little patio and garden. First floor: Living room refurbished with a couch (convertible in single bed), two vintage armchairs, round table with chairs and panoramic view. Second floor: Bedroom with double bed (convertible in twin beds) and small panoramic terrace | Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Outdoor features: The small garden is ideal for dining, reading, relaxing, enjoying the great views, living close to nature. Man muss ein bisschen fit sein für die vielen Treppen. Besitzer Chiara und Marco sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab keine Probleme und die Restaurantempfehlung "La Viranda" war super. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen. ##### Joerg H. Das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben einen schönen Blick in die Natur, von der Küche aus geht es in einen süßen kleinen Garten hinaus in dem man nett sitzen kann, dem Summen der Bienen lauschen kann, Frühstücken kann in der Morgensonne und sich entspannen kann. Claudia hat uns herzlich empfangen und sogar sehr leckere kleine Küchlein gebacken 😘! Het huisje is erg knus en biedt alles om langere tijd te verblijven. De check-in was heel vriendelijk en voorkomend, en de host was ook tijdens ons verblijf snel beschikbaar bij vragen. Si vous souhaitez vous installer sur la terrasse, c'est assez compliqué : une petite table qui a déjà bien vécue, un tout petit parasol pour l'ombre, les voisins du bas qui montent les escaliers à quelques mètres de vous, les voisins de droite sur leur perchoir du premier étage à quelques mètres de vous et le dépotoir du voisin de gauche. Rien à dire sur la maison, mais le tout nous a paru très chèr et surfait. ##### Wilfried S. Tolles Haus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll renoviert. Die alten Mauern verleihen dem Haus Flair und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr gewohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass der kleine Ort Calamandrana Alta fern vom Tourismus ist, man aber trotzdem tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen kann. Vielen Dank and Chiara und Marco. Es handelt sich um ein altes Haus auf einem Hügelzug oberhalb des an sich gewöhnlichen Dorfs Calamandrana; deshalb Calamandrana Alta. Die Lage ist deshalb sehr schön und ruhig, die Aussicht prächtig. Das alte Haus wurde auf den drei Stockwerken innen sehr gepflegt und modern renoviert, so dass man sich wirklich wohlfühlen kann. Die Vermieterin betreut einen sehr rücksichtsvoll und gewissenhaft.
