Beautiful, newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath condo unit on the first floor. Comfortable sofas, large bathtub, full kitchen. Sleeps 6.
Large outside porch overlooking two fairways (10th and 11th) of Crow Creek golf course. Access to two outdoor pools and hot tubs. Tennis/Pickle Ball courts are available at the end of Woodland Ways. Access to the gym at the amenity center near the golf clubhouse.
Perfect location, close to Sunset Beach and other beach destinations. Short trip to Myrtle Beach and shopping/ amusement areas. Many golf courses to choose from.
The kitchen is adequately stocked with the appropriate cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Bedroom and bathroom linen are included. Full-size washer and dryer,
Air conditioning, WIFI, and Televisions with YouTube.

On stays that are a month or longer the cleaning fee will be $150.00

Lovely stay!

Golf trip

Fantastic stay at a beautiful condominium on Crow Creek 10th and Green first level. The place was well lit, comfortable, and very convenient to get to various restaurants and golf courses in the area. Wonderful rental

You definitely won't be disappointed staying here. Immaculate in every way. Stayed here with friends for a golf trip. Great course and close to other nice course's as well. Plenty of food options close by.

Stayed for a long weekend. Great location. Close to everything we needed... golf, food, shopping. Definitely recommend. Very clean and comfortable, just as advertised. Will book again.

Perfect condo for golf trip. Easily accommodated 4 adult men with large bedrooms, comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen. Apartment was clean and washer/dryer came in handy after a rainy round. Crow creek is also a beautiful golf course

Beautiful and comfortable

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful, comfortable, immaculate 3 bdrm home. Good communication with owner and good location to visit my brother. We don’t golf but enjoyed watching other golfers as we enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai.

Annual golf trip

We were very pleased with the condo. There were four of us that stayed. We like the area and I am comfortable with the location of so many golf courses and restaurants. We have been coming to NC/SC for about 27 years. Believe it, or not, I even won 10 during our stay. Having said that, my playing partner carried the bulk of the load.

Softball torunament spot

This property was immaculate and could have asked for a better neighborhood. Community pool was large, within walking distance, and had pool toys for use. The unit is well kept and very spacious. Perhaps the best thing was the near immediate response from the owner's on any questions we had.

The condo was amazing! Spacious, clean, and was even supplied with some cleaning supplies, pots and pans. The washer seemed new and worked great however the dryer was showing age and took some time to dry items. I let John and Karen know and they stayed in communication about letting me know they planned on replacing it. Otherwise the condo worked out great for my family. Had to do some impromptu toddler proofing of the condo but that was no issue at all. The showers were amazing, loved the shower heads as they had great pressure. Beautiful condo, great neighborhood, and great pools!

Calabash Condo

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Calabash condo. Great location, close to Sunset, Ocean Isle and Myrtle. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Karen always responds very quickly and answered any questions that I had. She even sent me a message to let me know that one of the pools was closed for maintenance. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Great place to stay!

The place was very spacious for a family of four. The bedrooms were a great size especially for teenagers. Each room had a nice closet and dresser for clothes. The kitchen had all the supplies necessary for cooking. There was also a nice size laundry room with pantry. The pool was close by which was great. There was also a nice size patio screened in and a patio you could also sit on not screened in. Very clean. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful condo

We enjoyed our stay! The pool is close by. The community is nice & quiet. We had plenty of room with the 3 BR and 6 of us. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to eat in a few nights. Loved that the condo had a W&D b/c our son goes through multiple outfits in a day. We love that Sunset Beach is a short drive. We visited Calabash Cremery a few times and it was delicious! John & Karen were great hosts! Thank you!

Duvall Vacation 2024

We enjoyed the condo. For the past several we had stayed at a different location but enjoyed this condo much more this year having a third bedroom, elevator (although we didn’t need it) and the community overall. The pool right outside the condo was closed for 3/4 of the week due to maintenance but we still had the other pool and neither pool was crowded and the pools were clean. The condo itself was spacious. The sofa was comfy, the screened in porch was nice to sit outside and enjoy without being attacked by critters! The three bedrooms had plenty of room and the beds were nice and comfy. This condo was well stocked for our week stay with some cleaning products, paper products, and kitchenware! The only minor inconvenience was the dryer took multiple cycles to dry but that won’t stop us from rebooking for 2025 and we cannot wait!

Simply Amazing!

We were impressed from the moment we drove into Crow Creek to when we actually walked in the front door! John and Karen’s condo is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our much needed vacation. They even had thoughtful items, like 2 umbrellas, which we needed one evening! There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. Even though we rarely turned it on, I appreciated that the TV was simple to use. (We’ve stayed in some places where that was not the case!). The pool area was very relaxing and the fountain in the pond only added to the atmosphere. There is a lot of green space and the golf course is beautiful. It is very quiet despite the proximity to major roads on either side of the golf course. Sunset Beach is about 15-20 minutes away, but it’s an easy drive. Great restaurants in Calabash which is only 5-7 minutes away. Several grocery stores are within 2-3 miles. We would definitely recommend this to anyone and we are already talking about another trip!!
