"The hotel itself is nice, and very well located in the middle of town. However be aware the nearest car park is about a 1km away up/down over 300 steps. The biggest negative for us was the SPA was not open, and we had no prior communication of this beforehand, even though i emailed them twice before we got there to ask them about it. There was no apology at the desk, just "its closed". Have tried to contact them again once back, and so have Hotels.com but they have had no reponse either. "

"Great house overall. We had issues with the heat and WiFi which took a while to get fixed. Realizing the impact these issues had on our stay, the management company worked hard to address them. They provided some portable heaters and a gracious gift to make up for the inconvenience."
