Extremely disappointing stay. This was by far one of the worst four-star hotel experiences I’ve had.
The room was very basic and did not feel anywhere close to the standard you would expect from a hotel charging over €300 per night. Starting from around 8 a.m., there was constant noise from upstairs — chairs being dragged, cleaning sounds, and other disturbances that made it impossible to properly rest.
What was even more shocking was that there wasn’t even a proper duvet or blanket provided, and we ended up sleeping with just the bedsheets.
For this price and supposed four-star rating, the overall quality, comfort, and service were completely unacceptable. I would definitely not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.
